Frosted Pumpkin Cookie

We think the world's obsession with pumpkin spice has gotten a little... weird (I'm looking at you pumpkin spice hommus). Our pumpkin cookie takes a more traditional approach with a modern twist in the form of a caramel, cream cheese frosting on top.
