Cream-Filled Chocolate Cookie

For legal reasons we can't say what swirl topped snack cake these are based on but this is THAT cookie. With a chocolatey exterior and frosting, creamy marshmallow filling and a delicately looped decoration (hint #2) these are a real crowd pleaser.
